Terms and Conditions for Courses offered by IRS Tank Solutions:

• Full refund on any product if not compliant with applicable requirements or made of faulty material
• Full refund on any damaged items returned to our offices
• No refunds on any in-person courses when cancelled within 10 business days
• Customers who book an in-person course can substitute for another member of their workplace or team to avoid cancellation penalties
• 50% refund on all virtual courses when cancelled within 7 business days
